1998 September, AMC was incorporated at Luzhu Dist, Taoyuan City,Taiwan.
1999 May,       The first facility of mass lamination service has completed, monthly                 capacity is 300K square feet.
1999 June,      The first facility of Copper Clad Lamiation has completed, monthly                 capacity for prepreg is 2,000 rolls, monthly capacity for CCL is 45K                 sheets.
1999 September, The second facility of mass lamination service has completed, monthly                 capacity is 600K square feet.

2001 January,   Yangmei plant has completed.
2001 February,  Yangmei plant start to mass produce fine chemicals.
2003 June,      Invest Join Well Technology Co.,LTD.
2004 May,       Signed Technical coperation agreement with Goo Chemical Co.,LTD, Japan.
2004 September, Production capacity of CCLincreased to 180K sheet per month. Production                 capacity of mass lamination service increased to 1 million square feet.
2006 March,     Formed Willy Holdings Ltd.（Samoa）to invest AMC Holding Ltd.                 （Samoa）,then invest AMC Suzhou.
2006 December,  Construction of AMC Suzhou has started.
2007 January,   Introduce TPS（Toyota Production system）to strengthen AMC management.
2007 October,   At Oct 25th, AMC listed at emerging stock market.
2009 December,  Completed the developement of the protect material for touch panel.                 Improved the performance of High Tg CCL material for lead free process                 and CCL material ( Tg≧150℃) for lead free process. Finished development                 of high conductive siliver glue.

2012 March,     Headquarter certificate approved, validate from 2012 Feb 24th to 2015 Feb                 23th.
2013 March,     Increased capitcal of Willy Holdings Ltd.(Samoa)，to invest AMC Holding
                Ltd.(Samoa)，total 6 million USD.
2015 January,   Headquarter certificate approved, validate from 2015 Jan 21th to 2018 Jan                 20th.
2015 August,    Increased capital of AMC MATERIALS Ltd.(Samoa) with 2.5 million USD and                 will invest SHENZHEN AMC TECHNOLOGY CO,LTD with 2 million USD. (Approved                 by Investment Review Committee at 2015, Oct)。
2016 July,      Buy back stock 6,800,000 share
2016 October,   Subsidiary, AMC Holding Ltd.(Samoa) reduced capital to remove lose.                 Capital reduce rate is 86.5%.
2016 November,  Increased capital of Willy Holdings Ltd.(Samoa) with 5.5 million USD,                 therefore can increase capital of AMC Holding Ltd.(Samoa)，then increase                 capital of SUZHOU AMC TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD.
2016 December,  Previously plan to increase capital of SHENZHEN AMC TECHNOLOGY CO,LTD via                 AMC MATERIALS Ltd.(Samoa),but change the plan to increase captial of                 Dongguan AMC Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.(Approved by Investment                 Review Committee at 2017, Jan.)

2018 January,   Headquarter certificate approved, validate from 2018 Jan 5th to 2021 Jan                 4th.
2018 March,     At 2018 March 15th, board meeting agreed to reduce 13,740,958 share by                 reducing capital NTD 137,409,580.After approved by Shareholders' meeting,                 will submit to the competent authority for approval.
2018 November,  Increased capital of AMC MATERIALS Ltd.(Samoa) with 2 million USD to                 reinvest Dongguan AMC Electronic Technology Co., Ltd with this 2 million                 USD.(Approved by Investment Review Committee at 2019,Jan)
2018 November,  Executed capital reduction with cash, total 130 million NTD. After                 reduction, the paid in capital is 1.236 billion NTD.
2019 June,      Cancelled the registration of SHENZHEN AMC TECHNOLOGY CO,LTD.
2019 September, Executed capital reduction by reducing treasury stock, total 61 million                 NTD. After reduction, the paid in capital is 1.175 billion NTD.
2019 December,  Cancelled the previous plan, Invest SHENZHEN AMC TECHNOLOGY CO,LTD with 2                 million USD via AMC MATERIALS Ltd.（Samoa）. (Approved by Investment                 Review Committee at 2020, Jan)
2020 February,  Buy back stock 5,870,000 shares as treasury stock.(from 2019 Dec 19th to                 2020 Feb 18th)
