New-Employee Training Program

In a short period of time, help new recruits to adapt to the working environment, establish relationships, learn work skills, and quickly integrate into the team.

Course Introduction:
1.During the first three months, new recruits will receive training in   newcomer education courses to understand basic elements, such as   company organization, salary and benefits, food, clothing, housing, and   industrial safety, etc., and to further understand the company culture.
2.After the new recruits return to the department, each department   arranges guidance personnel to assist the new recruits to familiarize   with thier working environment and procedures according to the   established schedule.

Professional Techniques Training Program
