Overseas assignment
Overseas assignment allows employees to experience the overseas living and working environment. While achieving the company's operational goals, it also provides a rare opportunity for employees to experience the differences in different countries and cultures. When our colleagues go overseas, we also arrange pre-assignment training for the elite , in order to make it much easier for overseas dispatched colleagues to integrate into the new overseas working environment. When the overseas assignment of the colleagues expires, the overseas dispatched elites are arranged to back home and to sharing his/her experience sharing, in order to establish a database-experience inheritance, and provide a reference basis for the overseas dispatched colleagues in the future.
